Color Sequence

The previous monochrome machine printing color sequence, always along the yellow, red, blue, ink color sequence arrangement, this color sequence arrangement, the more difficult is to sign yellow version, red version of the printing sample, especially the first color yellow version, related to the color reduction and reproduction of printed matter.

(If the yellow version is printed too deeply, the color of the characters printed out has no sense of vitality, and the house is as old as the temple, which is unacceptable; If the yellow print is too light, it will reproduce a dry and dull picture with a bluish-purple tone, which is not good either.)

(Yellow version of the standard sample decolorization, there are two main reasons: one is the human retina color cells, the ability to distinguish yellow is the lowest; Second, people do not know much about paper oil absorption, lack of detection instruments, master the same size, often cause too deep too shallow drawbacks.)
Two-color machine color sequence arrangement can be yellow plate and blue plate for the same printing process, blue plate just plays the role of blue glass color filter, easy to identify whether the ink layer thickness of the yellow plate is appropriate. However, because the two-color machine is wet laminated printing, it will often recolor at the tip of the irregular A and B angles, which requires process arrangement and appropriate change of color sequence to solve.

Four-color multicolor offset press, because three colors are wet laminated wet printing, so the color sequence is based on the viscosity of various colors of ink, from high to low, otherwise there will be reverse overprint failure, resulting in ink gray color mixing disease. Sometimes the first few colors will produce A, B overlap, color order to make necessary adjustments.
